Guarantee

Warranty
(1) The Supplier grants a warranty period of 24 months from the date of handover:
• For the load-bearing structure and frame construction
• For the furniture and technical equipment supplied (e.g., air conditioners, boilers, kitchen modules)

(2) No warranty shall be assumed for:
 • Damage caused by improper use, failure to observe operating instructions, or structural modifications made by third parties
 • Normal wear and tear and consumable parts
 • Damage caused by force majeure or external influences

(3) Warranty claims require that the Customer notifies the Supplier in writing without undue delay after discovering the defect and grants the Supplier the opportunity to remedy the defect.
